The composition of Mrs. Gruwell in the class is worth having for. It was successful, he made her student realize and lead them to the right way. Because of this, racism was never seen in their class. Racism is manifested in the movie, because of the differences of students, a group of white Americans and a group of black Americans, diverse races affects the class, because they don’t understand each other, they treat each other as an enemy but Mrs. Gruwell change their perspective to each other later.

They are the sort of individuals that it is more imperative for them to take after the guidelines just to keep their energy. They are hesitant to the law that they don't bolster Mrs. Gruwell's proposition. Its pitiful to surmise that this sort of individuals has, all things considered. They don't consider the upgrades of the understudy's execution however rather they consider their energy. A power that they don't appropriately that may prompt the unsuccessful of the understudy's vocation in their life.
4.What are the strategies and activities that she used to her class? How did it help making her class successful?
Mrs. G utilizes a considerable measure of technique just to grab the eye of her understudies and furthermore to know them better. To know her understudies she made an amusement called "Line Game". She made this amusement to know her class further. It is a diversion that Mrs. G will make an inquiry at that point if the inquiry applies to every one of her understudies will advance on hold. After the amusement she give a booklet and offered it to her understudies and they can utilize it as their journal. In this system she effectively figure out how to know her understudies. What's more, with respect to Mrs. Gruwell did the best thing that I jump at the chance to accomplish a similar thing what she did resembles I would not treat educating only an occupation or simply just a calling however rather I ought to likewise have the energy to instruct my understudies. What's more, I might want to improve the situation my understudies that she didn't change her understudies yet she let her understudies change for themselves.

Being an instructor isn't only a vocation or a calling however it is an energy to show youngsters or understudies in capable for them to take in a ton from you. It is a major disappointment being an educator without an energy since you just turned into an instructor without cherishing instructing and there will be a major conceivable outcomes that your understudies can't gain from you. What's more, being an instructor you can't keep away from the way that you have to forfeit a ton from yourself particularly a period for your family or your adoration ones in ready to satisfy your energy in educating. On the off chance that educating is extremely your energy, you won't stop on finding a system on how your understudies can learn regardless of whether your own particular cash will do it doesn't make a difference to you on the off chance that it is your will that your understudies will gain from you.
