because it is used as mindtool for them or as a tutor. In the generation today,
21st century teachers use Educational Videos as their guide for teaching
students. It is important to nurture the minds of every student, and to help

1.Describe Mrs. Gruwell as a Teacher.
How did she handle her class? What are her qualities that made her a teacher of
Yesteryear? 21st Century?
Mrs. Gruwell is an ordinary teacher who
teach students in Room 203, an understanding teacher as well as she learns how
to accept and appreciate diversity in the class. She is a passionate teacher.
She considered herself as a Teacher not because she is teaching, but because
the impact on the way she teach with a heart and respect to each one, affects and
change the lives of her student and for having a better future. She handle her
class with respect and acceptance, because this is the most powerful weapon in gaining
the trust of her student. At first, Mrs. Gruwell really cannot handle her
class, but the day passed, she made them realize what is the right thing to do.
The qualities that made her as a Teacher of yesteryears and 21st
century is having a good attitude. She is really a good communicator and a good
example of a teacher. What Mrs. Gruwell
shows is patience, even though at the first she was not respect by her
students, she did her best until the gap between her students was already near.
In the past days, that Mrs. Gruwell is treated only as a person or as an enemy
but today, she treated them as her family as well as the students.
2. Describe the composition of Mrs.
Gruwell class? How is racism manifested in the movie
The composition of Mrs. Gruwell in the
class is worth having for. It was successful, he made her student realize and
lead them to the right way. Because of this, racism was never seen in their
class. Racism is manifested in the movie, because of the differences of
students, a group of white Americans and a group of black Americans, diverse
races affects the class, because they don’t understand each other, they treat
each other as an enemy but Mrs. Gruwell change their perspective to each other
later.
3.
Describe the principal and Mrs. Gruwell’s coordinator. How would relate their
characters and views in real life?
On the off chance that
I would relate the vital and Mrs. Gruwell's facilitator's character, in
actuality, I would state that they have this sort of individuals in this world.
They are the sort of individuals that it is more imperative for them to take after
the guidelines just to keep their energy. They are hesitant to the law that
they don't bolster Mrs. Gruwell's proposition. Its pitiful to surmise that this
sort of individuals has, all things considered. They don't consider the
upgrades of the understudy's execution however rather they consider their
energy. A power that they don't appropriately that may prompt the unsuccessful
of the understudy's vocation in their life.
4.What
are the strategies and activities that she used to her class? How did it help
making her class successful?
Mrs. G utilizes a
considerable measure of technique just to grab the eye of her understudies and
furthermore to know them better. To know her understudies she made an amusement
called "Line Game". She made this amusement to know her class
further. It is a diversion that Mrs. G will make an inquiry at that point if
the inquiry applies to every one of her understudies will advance on hold.
After the amusement she give a booklet and offered it to her understudies and
they can utilize it as their journal. In this system she effectively figure out
how to know her understudies. She likewise utilizes a gathering by isolating
young ladies and young men in a verbal confrontation that they don't do until
Mrs. G came. She even visit her understudies outside the grounds. They went to
a historical center to think about the historical backdrop of individuals who
endured in a manhandle. Mrs. G additionally get her class a rich lodging to
acquire her understudies' trust. She likewise influenced her understudies to
peruse a book Ann Frank that snare their considerations to the point that they
generally read it at whatever point they have spare time.
5.Is
there uses of technology in the class? Elaborate.
Truly. Mrs. Gruwell
utilizes an innovation to grab the eye of her understudies. She utilizes radio
to influence her understudy to tune in to the music, utilizing the verses of
the melody she educates verse. Another is the TV that she used to make her
understudies watched a genuine story a past filled with the opportunity ride so
her class won't be exhausted will effectively take an interest in class.
6.If
you’ll be assigned with a class or students in conflict, how will you handle
it?
In the event that I
would be doled out with a class or understudies in strife I can state that I
can't do every one of the things that Mrs. Gruwell did to her understudies
however I could guarantee that I will do my best part as an educator to
influence my understudy to realize what they should realize. What's more, with respect
to Mrs. Gruwell did the best thing that I jump at the chance to accomplish a
similar thing what she did resembles I would not treat educating only an
occupation or simply just a calling however rather I ought to likewise have the
energy to instruct my understudies. What's more, I might want to improve the
situation my understudies that she didn't change her understudies yet she let
her understudies change for themselves.
7.What
are your insights and learning after watching the the movie?
Being an instructor
isn't only a vocation or a calling however it is an energy to show youngsters
or understudies in capable for them to take in a ton from you. It is a major
disappointment being an educator without an energy since you just turned into
an instructor without cherishing instructing and there will be a major
conceivable outcomes that your understudies can't gain from you. What's more,
being an instructor you can't keep away from the way that you have to forfeit a
ton from yourself particularly a period for your family or your adoration ones
in ready to satisfy your energy in educating. On the off chance that educating
is extremely your energy, you won't stop on finding a system on how your
understudies can learn regardless of whether your own particular cash will do
it doesn't make a difference to you on the off chance that it is your will that
your understudies will gain from you.
8.What
is the symbolism of room 203? And how did it help the students?
The room 203
symbolizes as a HOME for the understudies of Mrs. Gruwell. As Mrs. Gruwell said
to the gathering with the leading group of instruction, "room 203 is a
sort of a home for them, their trust is altogether wrapped up and us together
as a gathering". She accentuates it in light of the fact that supposedly
on Mrs. Gruwell witness how her understudies changed and figure out how to love
tutoring. She figured out how to know her understudies with the goal that she
can know how she can instruct and what procedures she can utilize so her
understudies will learn. She even made her understudies goes to her class
without constraining them to go inside the classroom yet rather they line up
outside the classroom sitting tight for Mrs. G to give them access. Inside the
classroom the understudies effectively take an interest in the classroom action
and tests and the even can demonstrate their genuine self they share their
story and issues with Mrs. G and they tackle it together as a family.
